Roles and Permissions
Every user in Spiny has a role that determines their level of access to your organization's data, networks and domains. Additionally, each role determines which parts of the application are accessible and which metrics a user can view.
Roles
Role | Description |
---|---|
Organization Admin | Organization Admins are the main owners of their Spiny application. They can access all tools and metrics within the app and can manage users (add, update and delete) to any of the available roles. Organization Admin are the only users who can make changes to any settings without restriction. |
Network Admin | Like organization admins, network admins have access to all tools and metrics in the app for all the sites/ domains within the specific network they have been assigned to. They can also invite and manage users to their network or any of the individual domains within the network. |
Site Admin | Site admins are similar to network admins but only have access to a specific site/domain. Within their site’s application, they have access to manage other users except for those with a higher level of permissions. |
RevOps | Revenue operations users have access to audience, editorial, and revenue metrics and tools within the application. Additionally, they get access to monetization tools to manage ad operations. |
Editor | Editorial users have access to audience and editorial metrics and tools within the application. |
Member | Member user only have access to audience and editorial metrics with the analytics tool suite. They do not have permission to add, manage or view other users within the platform |
